Delivery & Pick-up Date

Please use the drop down calendar date picker located above the size and quantity option. Same day delivery and pick-ups for online orders close at 11.30am. Forgot to order in time? Please email or call us (06-835-0056) and we’ll be able to help!

Pick-up: Please select the pick up day on the calendar picker. In the ‘Special Instructions’ area on the cart page, please add your expected pick-up time. We offer pick-ups 9.30-5.00 Monday-Friday and 10.30-4.00 Saturday & Sunday.

Delivery: Please select the delivery date on the calendar picker. We cannot guarantee a delivery time, but if you have a preference along with any other special delivery instructions, please add it to the ‘Special Instructions’ area on the cart page or email us. Before placing an order, please ensure we can deliver to your address by clicking the ‘Delivery Address' drop-down.

Deliveries are split into two locations: Local Town Flower Deliveries and Rural Flower Deliveries. You will be able to select your delivery option at the checkout.

Local Town Flower Deliveries: $15

If you’ve completed your order and forgotten to add a message, you can email it to us with your order number. Each bouquet is made by our talented in-store florists. We use the freshest flowers that are in season to ensure your bouquet will last well. Given this, the images shown are only indications of the bouquet sizes and colour options. Flower varieties within the bouquets are chosen by our florists.
